PH! IN TSA A WMF!

Please help! I need to settle an argument with my friend! I say this problem can be written using only acronyms in more than seventeen trillion different ways, but he says it cannot. Which one of us is right? How many different ways can it be written using only acronyms?

(Sentence structure must remain consistent with a space after each punctuation mark. Single letter acronyms are allowed. Every word must be included--in other words don't omit "an" or "with" like one might normally do for an acronym. For instance, one way the first two sentences could be written is: "PH! INT SA A WMF." But they couldn't be written "PH!IN T SAAW MF." because the punctuation is not correct. And finally, what is inside these parentheses does not count toward the count/problem.)
